this is our disability dodgem. It is a small highly maneouvrable piece of play equipment that helps children with limited or no motor function in their legs. It is controlled by the side mounted wheels and has a back support. It is less than 1 metre in diameter, although it is fairly heavy to lift so is very sturdy.
Good on firm ground, but children will struggle on grass as it makes it harder to push
This is our dark den. It is approximately 1 metre cubed and is a blacked out tent, with doors and windows either side. It comes with some glow in the dark play equipment and is of particular use to children with sensory or behavioural problems as it provides a 'safe place' for them to be and to explore. Ideal to be used indoors.
This is our weighted blanket. It is a small sized 5lb weighted blanket and is good for behavioural and sensory problems. It gives the effect of a secure, warm cuddle without being touched by any person. We also have a contact who can make bespoke blankets and waistcoats for you.
This is our new sensory kit. It is a colour changing motion lamp. It is 4ft high, has 7 lighting modes and streams bubbles. It also has 6 fish that can be added for effect. It is mains operated and only requires water.
